About Justice Beyond the Binary

Justice Beyond the Binary is created by the LGBTI Legal Service.

The LGBTI Legal Service is a non-profit community owned legal centre that provides free legal help to the LGBTIQA+ community.

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide accessible, accurate and affirming legal resources for nonbinary people. We believe that everyone—regardless of gender identity or expression—deserves to live free from discrimination, and that knowledge is a powerful tool for justice. Through this project, we hope to reduce harm, support community self-advocacy, and help build a safer, more inclusive Queensland.
